The difference in practice

What an integrated partner actually changes.

The benefit is not a longer supplier list with one name on it. It is the removal of the gaps between them.

One view of the organisation

Workforce data, operational records and ESG evidence stop living in separate systems maintained by separate suppliers. When an auditor, a customer or a board member asks a question, the answer comes from one place.

Decisions that account for each other

A restructuring plan carries its compliance implications with it. An automation programme is assessed for its effect on roles before it goes ahead. Nothing arrives as a surprise from an adjacent function.

No gaps between contracts

The space between suppliers is where work goes missing. With one accountable relationship there is no such space, and no debate about whose responsibility something was.

Capability that stays

We transfer what we build. The measure of an engagement is whether it still works when we step back, not how long we remain necessary.

How we engage

The same sequence, every time

You always know which stage you're in and what comes next.

01

Discover

We map the current position — people, processes, obligations and systems — and agree what success needs to look like.

02

Design

We build a connected plan across the functions involved, with named owners, sequencing and practical milestones.

03

Deliver

We implement alongside your teams, coordinating the moving parts and reporting progress against the plan.

04

Improve

We review outcomes, strengthen adoption and adjust the approach as the organisation and its obligations evolve.

Common questions

What clients usually ask first

No. Most engagements begin with one service. The advantage of the integrated model is that when a second area comes into scope, it connects to work already in place rather than starting again with a new supplier.

We work inside your structure rather than around it. Responsibilities are agreed in writing at the start, we report into your named owner, and we transfer capability as we go so the arrangement is not dependent on us indefinitely.

We operate through four regional hubs — Delhi, Singapore, the United Kingdom and Dubai — covering 30 markets. Two markets, China and Brazil, are served jointly by two hubs. The regions page sets out the detail.

Pricing follows the shape of the work: retained for ongoing operational responsibility such as payroll or facility management, and project-based for defined pieces such as an ESG assessment or a process automation programme.

A scoping conversation can usually happen within a few days. Time to start delivery depends on the service — an assessment can begin quickly, while taking over payroll or facility operations follows an agreed transition plan.

Data is handled under the terms agreed in your contract, used only for delivering the service, and returned or deleted on request. Where AI tools are used, the permitted data and the review steps are defined before the tool goes into use.
